Danielle Wiley joined the Vanguard Global Workplace Experience (GWx) Operations Team as the Commuter Benefits Program Manager on November 29, 2021. This newly created position was established to drive the strategy development and execution of the Commuter Benefits program offer to crew members. Her primary responsibilities are to manage the shuttle transportation to and from train stations, center city, park and rides, and campus loops for PA and AZ; coordinate, plan, and implement a new bikeshare program on PA campus; oversee other commuter benefits such as RideECO pre-tax payroll deduction, carpooling, rideshare, and electric vehicle charging stations in PA, AZ, and NC. Other responsibilities include locker project management through return to office phases, research feasibility of additional shuttles/parking options due to limited parking onsite, and any other activities related to enhancing the Vanguard crew experience.
