Description
We invite you to join Chester County Planning Commission staff and the DVRPC project team to hear an update on the Chester County Freight Plan. As we begin work on Phase II of the plan, which grew out of a recommendation from the Landscapes3 Comprehensive Plan, we are seeking your help in identifying the concerns of members of the community to inform the development of a Freight Action Plan for Chester County to help guide future investment and priorities.
