TMACC's “The E-Bike Question” will bring together transportation, advocacy, public safety, and policy voices for a practical conversation about how Greater Philadelphia and Pennsylvania should understand this rapidly changing form of mobility. The objective is not to decide whether e-bikes are “good” or “bad.” It is to give decision-makers a common vocabulary, examine legitimate concerns alongside public perception, and consider how education and evidence can produce more thoughtful public policy.

Following Goldstein's presentation on her research and experiences with e-bikes in the Delaware Valley, a panel discussion will occur with various trade industry experts.
