  • Jennifer Breton; Tax Attorney with Buckley, Brion, McGuire & Morris - Jennifer is a member of the firm’s transaction practice group. With a Master of Laws in Taxation and an Estate Planning Certificate and focuses on estates and trusts, business transactions, tax, litigation, and insurance defense.
  • Brian Kirkell; Principal, Washington National Tax RSM US LLP - Brian serves as a technical resource for the firm’s national practice across all state and local tax service lines. He tracks significant state case law and legislative and administrative activities daily, and coordinates the firm’s response to law changes. 
  • Moshe “Mo” Bell-Jacobs; Manager, Tax Services RSM US LLP - Mo is a member of RSM’s Washington National Tax group and examines state and local tax issues and the impact of legislation on middle market companies. He is responsible for tracking legislation, reviewing significant court developments and providing client service and acting as a technical resource.
