Description

The Chester County Planning Commission is studying the feasibility of developing a continuous biking/walking trail between Oxford and Chadds Ford. This trail is envisioned to connect the communities along the Route 1 corridor to each other and to the Circuit – the Greater Philadelphia area’s regional trail network. Ultimately, it could be possible to create a trail that spans from Oxford to Philadelphia and beyond.

We are in the early stages of the project and are looking for as much community input as possible to help us understand how people would use this trail (whether for recreation, transportation, or both), and to help us identify locations where such a trail could be built.

Join the CC Planning Commission at their first public meeting to let them know how you could benefit from a trail and help them determine where the trail should go. There will be a presentation at 7, preceded by and followed by an open house.
