Mixed-use and similar approaches to Smart Growth can achieve wonderful things to grow municipal revenues while respecting preservation goals. But it’s not simple! Our three experts will provide: An overview of a mature, regional mixed-use project; A look at evolving mixed-use patterns in our County right now; Insight into the technical aspects of mixed-use and similar projects. These strategies are versatile tools to manage growth responsibly, but they are not ‘one size fits all.’
This Breakfast, like all the CC2020 programs, is designed to provide decision-makers with reliable information to facilitate informed civil discourse around land use issues.
