Bicycling and Pedestrian Infrastructure in Pennsylvania; An Update.

Join us on April  16th at 8:00 AM, when TMACC proudly presents: An Update on Bicycling and Pedestrian Infrastructure in Pennsylvania.
Featuring Keynote Speaker Roy Gothie, PennDOT's statewide bicycle and pedestrian coordinator

Roy advocates internally and externally for policies, legislation, engineering solutions, and educational and funding programs that support people who walk and bike with a focus on those who do so out of necessity rather than by choice.

Joining Roy will be Fran Hanney, Senior Manager - Traffic Services Division - PennDOT D-6; and 
Joe Banks, Assistant Manager, Office of PA Project Implementation DVRPC/PennDOT.

Roy, Fran, and Joe will discuss the current state of Bicycle and Pedestrian initiatives statewide, the impact of priority trail connections in the region, and the addition of bike lanes during road repaving program.
